| Malampaya Gas Plant :: Wastewater Treatment Project |

   Malampaya gas plant project is operated by Shell Philippines Exploration B.V. It is located in Subic Bay, Malampaya Island. (View map). It is considered to be the largest gas plant in Philippines.
   As a result of Island geography, the onshore site constructor and designer, John Holland Pty Ltd., necessitate high performance and reliable wastewater treatment system for operation building before discharging treated water to the surrounding sea. The designer searched for the competent solution throughout east and South East Asia region and finally selected BIOTECH system.
   We directed survey team to the installation site to determine the most practical system with the designer. Consequently, RCX-Series was selected because of its complete microprocessor automation which allows maintenance-free operation.
   Although the site is located distantly from the service department in Bangkok, technical assistance is possible through an implementation of intelligent remote sensory system, which is capable of reporting error data through the internet.
